| Boston Qualified. Happy with that. Not my day. Calves cramped up. Couldn't feel my feet till mile 10. Right quad cramped up about mile 15. I knew it was gonna hurt. I just thought i'd feel better at mile 20. I think I peaked too early on the hansen plan because of me throwing a few extra 20 milers in and a 26.2 double three weeks before. I learned to start this plan with a better base and to stick to it. I think I tapered too much I did not feel sharp. |
